Multiple exposure of the Artists (7 sessions over 6 months)

from £279.00

This exciting opportunity is a 6 month course with a session each month to introduce a different artist master to take inspiration from. This will then culminate in a book which will include the images you have created. This would suit anyone who has done my 6 week course or someone who is familiar with multiple exposure techniques and wants to have a focus for their images. We will talk about the history of the artist, look at some of their works and discuss the techniques that could be used to represent them using multiple exposure. This is a truly creative course, allowing you to have the time to properly experiment and refine your ideas into images you are proud of. The artists will include Claude Monet, Gustav Klimt and Pablo Picasso.

Multiple Exposure is one of my favourite ways of portraying how I feel about the world around me and enables me to get more emotion into the images that I produce. I have been very successful with my images and have won and been shortlisted for competitions with multiple exposure creations and I would love to take you further on your multiple exposure journey! Please note that I will about in camera multiple exposure and how to achieve results using photoshop - the choice of medium for this course is up to you. The course will suit Affinity users if you know your way around this editing tool.

The Multiple exposure of the Masters course consists of 5 two hour sessions and 2 one hour sessions on the following dates and beginning at 7.30pm in the evening (GMT).

Wednesday 29th January 2025 - (1 hour 15 minutes) welcome and Introduction to the work of Gustav Klimt

Wednesday 26th February 2025 - (2 hours) review of images inspired by Klimt and second artist intro. This will be the same structure for the following dates:

Wednesday 2nd April 2025, Wednesday 7th May 2025, Wednesday 11th June 2025 and Wednesday 9th July 2025

Wednesday 6th August 2025 - (1 hour) review of last artist

Book to be produced and shipped following this.

I am only enabling 5 places on this course as I will run this as interactive sessions and I think it is really important to keep the numbers small to be able to give individual feedback. There will be discussions, homework and sharing of work produced. Don’t worry if this makes you feel nervous, I have had 20 years experience in the education field and will be able to make you feel comfortable and, ultimately, successful.

I will be recording the sessions and you will access to them for the period of the course.

Please note that you can opt for a ‘with book’ option or a ‘without book option’ - there will not be an option to buy the book later in the course. If you feel you need to buy this in 2 instalments please contact me here

Please do have a look at the T&Cs in the additional info below before pressing ‘purchase’!

(SOLD OUT Dates for the October start: 30th Oct, 27th Nov, Jan 8th, 12th Feb, 12th March, 16th April, 14th May)

I am looking forward to meeting you!
